Assuming Jason returns, which I believe he should after digesting the NBA's evaluation of his strengths, weaknesses and potential draft position. One of the aspects he's certain to hear needs improvement is the pace at which he comfortably/effectively can play. The NBA game plays much faster with the 24-seconds clock. So I fully expect Jason to return having worked on pushing the ball, attacking the defense early in the shot clock with intensity and purpose. If he improves on this, and with us finally appearing to be two deep at each position, we very well might be locked and loaded to turn up the pace and keep on the pressure, which could often result in wearing teams down and subsequently wearing them out. What a ride that would be!!!

If he ends up staying in the draft and getting selected for the league...that is terrific. However, I think the Creighton game really showed why an extra year putting on muscle would really help him develop into a first round pick in 2022. He was out-physicaled and knocked to the floor on more than one occasion. He also needs to develop a step back three point shot. It always amazes me in that league how many guys can hop back and drain a 24-footer consistently.

My mother-in-law is not too muscular. And she's a senior.

Maybe some NBA team can take a chance with a second round draft pick.

And that is the style of play that Coach thinks is best for the Bobcats, then terrific.
