I think she needs her own thread here. What a gutsy performance. This one of the best efforts I've ever seen by a Bobcat -- male or female -- coming off an injury. She was limping the whole game and kept scoring incredible shots and playing good defense. Her late game injury appeared not be her knee, but a lower leg cramp. I'm so impressed with her play. She's the kind of player of which championship teams are built. Cece, of course, is a star in her own right, but tonight belongs to Erica first and her supporting cast second.

Her third quarter and three point shooting were the differences, even hobbled her bball IQ is so high that she gets blocks, deflections and rebounds. I also saw that she still finds a way to shake off a defender with head fakes and shoulder shimmies to shoot the three. And I love her skill set as an inbounder (not sure I've ever seen a team needing 5 fouls to get opponent to the line in the last minute, Cats executed beautifully). She's a baller.
