It looks like Northern State started the year off ranked #15 but will clearly be dropping. Rough start. I sat through that ESPN Bracket Buster game in Nashville and watched him get totally out coach by Rick Byrd and now he got out coached by Byrd's replacement. A kid who averaged 2ppg last season lit BC up for a shocking 35. You don't produce the success he achieved in this conference purely off recruiting. He was a good coach. He still is, but just not for 2019. I don't think he's a good coach when it comes to in-game decisions. I think he's a fairly good recruiter, but that he has problems in other areas. We even had a former player tell us something about the rapport, or lack thereof, in his locker room. You may disagree with my assessment of his coaching. That's fine. But, don't classify my evaluation of him as "hate." I have no personal animus toward him.
