He got scored over a minimum number of times, was solid when getting a weak side pass and burying the 3, ran the offense with good ball handling skills when needed and was a valued piece on the offensive and defensive ends. Perhaps you saw someone on the AAU circuit that checked more boxes? I am sure Coach is willing to listen to how that recruit you saw fits in his system better.
