Since Coach started the discussion about schedule at the Cincy Caravan stop, I figure now is as good of a time as any to start this conversation:

He mentioned:

Myrtle Beach Invitational (3 games)

Home:

Iona
Purdue - Dec 17th
Detroit

Away:

TBA/TBD

Myrtle Beach Invitational is just stacked...hope we can get two games with at least Nova, Baylor or Miss State.

Other than Coastal Carolina, and perhaps MTSU - depending on how good they end up being, the rest of the field isn't really a bad game. The three you mention, plus Utah would all be good games to get, and Tulane, because it's schedule is usually decent isn't a bad game.

I would expect at Marshall and at FIU.

Was FIU a one-for-one? I forgot about the likelihood of Marshall.

Really unfortunate to have the Purdue game land on a rebuilding/youth time. WOuld have loved to have them come to the convo say around December 2012.

New Coach, maybe he has some great ideas from his era to fill the Convo in the break. Those inter-quarter sessions were pretty long. I remember we used to be on the road a lot back then but surely there is a way to fill the stands when students are not there.
