Not only did CeCe hit the game winner to send Ohio Woman's basketball team to the WNIT Sweet 16, but CeCe Hooks is the 2nd fastest in Ohio Basketball History to score 1000 points, CeCe did this feat in 64 games. It will be a tall order for her to catch Caroline Mast's 2449 points. but if CeCe stays healthy she should end up number 2 on Ohio Woman's all-time career scoring list.

She also set the single season steals record for Ohio yesterday, correct? Special player, indeed!

Cece's outside shooting improved in her soph season. If she can become a fairly consistent threat from the arc, to the point that defenders have to respect her shot and play up on her on the perimeter, my goodness she'd be a load to deal with defensively. And that's not to say she needs to shoot 40% or better from 3, I'm thinking if she starts shooting more into the low 30's. She's 25% from the arc this year according to the athletics site stats. If the outside shot continues to improve, it's pick your poison for the defense.

She held the Single Season Steals record with 100 and she broke her own Steals record yesterday, she had 98 going in to the MTS game, added 4 steals, she is at 102 with the WKU game coming up.
