Well that was a fun few weeks of football with Women's World Cup, Gold Cup, and Copa America. The women backed up all their talk. Quite impressive.

Against the Netherlands, to me it appeared that every USA player who saw the pitch brought their A Game. Somewhat to my surprise the USA ladies dominated in every facet of the game - passing, tackling, corners, shooting, hustling, conditioning.

Agree - the US ladies had the potential to have scored 2-3 more goals, and definitely controlled most of the game.

The depth US Soccer has on the woman's side is incredible. Each state could have their own woman's squads and they'd make up most of the Top 50 squads in the world.

I've seen crazier things happen.
