We stand alone! Northern Illinois defeats Bowling Green 3-1 (25-23, 18-25, 25-19, 25-18)  I'm glad...I'm not in a sharing mood, especially with BG. Rooting for Akron is like cheering on the Taliban. And they had to do it on the road. A 14-2 MAC record and No. 1 seed against a much improved MAC conference is impressive. Good luck in the tourney.
