Ohio has offered a scholarship to 2013 PG prospect Brenton Scott for Fort Wayne Northrop High School. Scott already has an offer from IPFW.

It seems Mr Scott and 2 of his Speice team mates were in the Convo last weekend according to sources near Ft Wayne.

The 6-foot-1 shooter knows little about Ohio University, but what he does know has impressed him.

“I know that they beat Georgetown in the (2010) NCAA Tournament,” Scott said. “It's also supposed to be really nice there, from what I've been told.”

the G Town win continues to pay dividends.

Thought I would get in on the information pipeline.

Brother Bryson commits to Purdue.  No word yet on Brenton.

From a recent report

Thirty points was not a career-high for Brenton. Recall that he scored in the mid-30's last season in a game against Bishop Luers. Brenton (who averaged 13 ppg last year) is pretty much wanting to make a name for himself and not follow in his twin's footsteps to West Lafayette.

"I'm trying to make my own name. When a decision is made up, it'll probably be when I feel like a coach starts to trust me and I'm ready."

Ohio and IPFW are the names of schools being mentioned the most and IPFW head coach Dane Fife was in attendance for the Concordia game.
