"We're playing them next year and they know how to win."

It'd be better if nobody knew who we were and Parker Navarro could just quietly sign up for that 7th year. Maybe he should pull a Chad Powers next year.

Sooooo when's the expansion getting announced? We have an AD now so I'm sure that's why its been quiet.

I never really cared for McAfee and never watched his show, but I'm enjoying the Bobcat praise he has been giving this week.

Definitely one of our higher profile wins in a very long time. Garnered more attention than any of our bowl wins, for sure.

The Iowa State team we beat was probably better than this WVU team, but WVU has more cachet as a program.

I'm all for playing more P5 schools. You could see how much it meant to the team and the fans.

Funny the people were furious with the AD for this schedule. Has there been a non-conference schedule our student body has ever been more interested in?

There were some people speculating that he could have 2 more years left around the time it was announced he was coming back after last season, no idea if there was any truth to it.

Graduated High School in 2020
2020 Season UCF: Played in 1 Game - Redshirt - 4 years of eligibility remaining
2021 Season UCF: Played in 5 Games - COVID Year - 4 years of eligibility remaining
2022 Season OU: Played in 2 Games - Potential Injury Redshirt? 3/4 years remaining
2023 Season OU: Played in 5 Games - 2/3 Years Remaining
2024 Season OU: Played in 13 Games - 1/2 Years Remaining
2025 Season OU: Will play every game as long as he is healthy - 0/1 Year remaining

Based off my very limited knowledge of NCAA eligibility, it looks like he could potentially have another year if the NCAA grants it to him for the 2022 season ending injury

True but it's just the absolute brutality of ending the P5 stretch at the 'Shoe. Rutgers and WV followed by another G5 school would've been more palatable.

He went to WVU, still lives in Indianapolis, buddies with AJ Hawk (brother went to OU) - he's familiar with our game.

I don't watch his show, clips here and there if I like the guest, but I love him on Gameday. It got so old and stuffy there for a while, he brings a fun, levity to it. Gets the crowd juiced up.

And he's tremendously popular with that college-age crowd, so anything positive he says about OU is driving clicks and turning eyes.

Depending on how this season turns out, Rhule may not be at Nebraska when we play there. You never know nowadays.
