Student side between the home stands and victory hill. I asked someone what they were building and the response I had was building a deck for the food trucks. That doesn't make any sense since a food truck would invariably be too much weight for a food truck. Any guesses on this one? The area had supports poured in to handle loads. I'll try it again tomorrow. I do have a good internet connection, so it must be on ESPN's end. At Iowa State a couple of fans were sitting on the concrete steps. I was tempted to walk down them but decided not to. For the university I guess its a question of what looks better. They've tried banners in that section before but now don't have one. The trend since the 90's is to make each addition a cosmetic and functional one first while shoehorning in some additional capacity. For example a student athlete cafeteria behind the student stands to serve as a base for a second level. The infrastructure is already there with the concessions at that location and the lot behind there would be easy access for delivery trucks. Upgraded concessions for the student side as part of the project.
