I'm sure all on this board will agree;
1) Minimizing turnovers on O and creating turnovers on D
2) Improving our field goal %
3) Improving our red zone scoring

3 key points I'm looking at:

1) Good enough QB play and enough WR production
2) Establish the run consistently with Brune, Rosa, and co.
3) Can our LBs stay healthy?

How well Ohio does in 2026 comes down to our production at the QB position, currently an unknown but a lot of potential.

You forget the part that says,
"Where are the clowns? We are the clowns."

And, his most profound and completely accurate prediction on this upcoming OHIO football season: "que sera sera!" I submit that no one on this board, including the sage BTC or the most learned BLSS can top that one for 100 percent accuracy.

Tettleton
N. Rourke
C. Rourke
Navarro

May that caliber of QB play and leadership continue.

But in 2016 when we had one of our best defenses of the past 50 years, that had several NFL guys and several more that got into camp, and had young skill players who were on offenses that scored tons of points over the next few years with Nathan at QB, we had the worst QB situation in the whole of the FBS.

Vick played OK but not great in 2014 and 15 but I think a decade of great QB play by MAC standards is accurate. We can't really count Tettleton as a run with the other guys. It also took Kurtis a while to get situated in the offense. This probably has partial blame to go the staff as they tried to use him like Nathan and Parker at first more than a real NFL QB prospect.
