Some teams are putting cardboard cutouts of fans in the stands. Ohio should do this, which would really simulate game conditions at Peden -- people in the stands who are dead quiet. If they want crowd noise, put small holes in the cutouts so the wind can whistle through them.

Cardboard cutouts in the student section would be removed at halftime.

Game themes:

Akron should be Orphans Night. Usually the first game is Parents Day, but since there won't be parents....

In lieu of Homecoming, the BG game on 11/28 should be Stayhoming.

Every generation of fan should fill a section. For my generation:

I’d pay the official $100 to eject the cardboard cutout of Bobcat Dragon from the early 2000s live on ESPN.

I also think there should be a panda and a bunch of Brazilians.

Tim O’Shea, Bortz, Idbihi, Dan Hipsher, Dan Hipsher’s wife and Dan Hipsher’s grandmother, Dave Wannstedt reacting to Byrum’s pick six, Terry Bowden and Toledo Tom side by side taking up five seats, Marshall’s Goddard because he owns our stadium even after he passed away, and Me screaming at Tyler Tettleton to throw the ball in Oxford.


And of course Dan Lowe is at the 50.
