The best estimate is that we have 4-5 open spots in this class. Looking through twitter (which is a dumb idea to base any hopes on, because teenagers are fickle trolls), here are some targets that may fill those spots:

Terrell Carey
http://247sports.com/Player/Terrell-Carey-84385
3-star WR, currently uncommitted, but he has #w17ness on his twitter profile

Brevin Harris
http://247sports.com/Player/Brevin-Harris-90880
3-star WR, Purdue de-commit, recruited by Fiami, Marshall, Toledo. Has been retweeted by Samson Jackson, and Coaches Beurket, Metz, and Kohr.

Antonio Howard
http://247sports.com/Player/Antonio-Howard-40730
Former 3-star CB, WVU de-commit/Marshall commit in 2015. Went JUCO last year. Visited 1/13. Been a lot of retweeting of his Ohio jersey pic.

Alvin Floyd
http://www.hudl.com/video/3/3920090/5818b6dcbd752019986c953d
Unrated WR/S, offered by Syracuse, Toledo, Southern Miss, and Kentucky. His most recent tweets are of his Ohio jersey pic, and Coack Perkins has retweeted him.

The class so far is fairly light on WRs so far, and we need DB help immediately, so these additions would make sense.

Could he be the player the coaches are excited about? A 6'4 WR that appears to have very good speed, can go up and get the ball, and can break tackles on screens?

Red zone help for sure...this would be a great get.

Harris is visiting Western Michigan this weekend.

Looks like a potential game-breaker too based on the film I watched, but I dont know the level of competition

Alvin Floyd is nice. He high points the ball very well and he repeatedly wins the fight for the ball. He is from Miami, so he will have company in our secondary.

None of these seem to have announced who they will sign with yet, but plan to sign with someone.

Carey is going to sign at 1 Pm (Central time?) tomorrow (still has #w17ness):
https://twitter.com/Original_Carey6

I can't find Floyd, so I have no idea what he plans.

Kris Leach will sign at 3 PM (4 WKU pics, one Ohio pic):
https://twitter.com/Leach_XI

Brevin Harris will sign at 7PM (has Miami, Marshall, WMU, and Purdue pics):
https://twitter.com/brevin_harris05

I don't know how many of the above Ohio will get, but I do expect 3-4 surprises tomorrow.

My last call: we get Carey, Howard, and Floyd. We lose Harris and Leach. I'm torn on Ellison, but leaning towards no. Maybe one other surprise...feeling like there's an unknown DT out there that will pop up tomorrow, especially if Kitrell is slotted for the O line.

I thought for a long time that Carey was a lock, but just as Morgan Ellison did a couple weeks ago he unfollowed nearly everyone associated with the program this week. Probably not a good sign and he recently followed a coupled Northern Iowa accounts.

I saw the Harris tweet but can't find it now. I wonder if he is officially announcing later. Would be great.

What did the Harris tweet say? Would love him in this class!

I've seen crazier things happen.

Another surprise in Alvin Floyd.

Great get.

The 5-foot-10, 170-pound Floyd is unlisted by the major recruiting services and has gone somewhat under the radar due in part to his lack of online presence. But Bertani said SU, Southern Mississippi, Toledo and Kentucky are among the schools that have offered.

@OhioFootball posted a graphic of him, like with the other signees.

Harris had a post saying he would sign his LOI at 7PM this evening. I wonder if he told the coaches he would send it "at 7" and they thought he meant 7AM. We shall see...

Perhaps he signed his LOI but was waiting to publicly announce at a school assembly and the tweet went out prematurely. Either that or there was a problem w the LOI.
Hoping for the former.
