Ohio has offered a scholarship to Iowa Western Community College (Council Bluffs, IA) defensive tackle Shaq Rowell. The 6-4, 325-pounder also has offers from New Mexico, N Dakota and Western Kentucky. He visited Ohio last weekend.

Experienced player that could add to depth and probably see playing time early on next year. Departing seniors are Williamson and Hodge who are studs that showed up for every game,

Louis Holmes - DE - Arizona - JUCO Class of 2006 - Played in th NFL for a bit
Ahtyba Rubin - DT - Iowa St - Class of 2006 - Starter for the Browns
Pernell McPhee - DE Mississippi St - Class of 2009 - Will be drafted this year

OSU commit out of HS with a slew of offers. Trouble qualifying. He was 315 at 15 years old!
