The 6-3, 265-pounder also had offers from Washington St. and  Louisiana Tech. Spivey will join Ohio as a junior for the 2011 season. In 2008 it was only Scott. Then in 2009 it was only Nic Barber, and he was a preferred walkon at that. In 2010 it was only a transfer, Kozak. Thus, for next year you have a Senior, Meyers, two juniors Scott and Kozak, and only one underclassman, redshirt Sophomore, Nic Barber. There really should be at least 3 DE's in this class, and 4 may be the right number since one is a transfer. The most exciting part part about this guy is they have him back playing behind the line of scrimmage reading defenses from the video like a MLB. Awesome talent. This guy will be in the D line rotation next season and will give the younger DE's time to develop and bulk up. I like to see a D line with OLB speed, can only lead to good things.
